One Eleven has a strong commitment to providing excellent service to all of our customers and visitors of our Web sites, including respecting your concerns about privacy. We understand that you may have questions about how we collect and use the information that you provide to us. We have prepared this statement to inform you of the privacy principles we obtain from our customers, including information we obtain through this Web site.

 

This statement contains general and technical details about the steps we take to respect your privacy concerns. The type of personal information collected and held by One Eleven from its customers depends on the type of transaction that has been undertaken with us. For example, when making a reservation, only the information required to effect and confirm the reservation will be collected.

 

Your personal information may be used to provide the service that you require, manage and administer your stay and all aspects associated with it, including billing , conduct appropriate credit checks, provide information on promotions and accommodation packages, manage and develop our business systems including the testing and upgrading of these systems.

 

We will disclose our customer’s personal information to outlets within the One Eleven system, your authorized representatives or legal advisers, credit agencies to conduct credit checks, government and regulatory authorities / organizations, as required by law and our related companies.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation. A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. This guarantee may be made confidentially by secure server at the time of making a reservation or by sending One Eleven a credit card guarantee via fax.

 

Credit card details held by One Eleven will only be debited in the event of late cancellations, no-shows and to secure a booking with a one night’s deposit.

  1. Rates are inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge.
  2. Surcharge is applicable for certain periods.
  3. Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 noon.
  4. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
  5. Deposits or credit card guarantee is required to confirm a reservation.
  6. Low Season periods are 6th January – 14th July ; 1st September – 22nd December.
  7. High Season periods are 16th July – 31st August and 23rd December – 5th January
  8. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days (in Low Season) and 21 days (in High Season) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent of 50% of the reservation.
  9. “No Shows” will be subject to a 100 % cancellation fee equivalent to the full charges for the total booking.
  10. “Early Departures”, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to full charges for the total booking

Please note that guarantee payments by Traveller’s Cheques or personal cheques will not be accepted.
